We are currently seeking a Human Resources Advisor who would contribute to the development and maintenance of HR best practices within our team.


Under the authority of the President of the company and located in Sainte-Anne-de Bellevue, QC the position consists of providing an advisory role to managers, while assuming all the responsibilities related to day-to-day management of human resources, including:

  • The staffing process including the analysis of needs, posting, interviews, references, selection and integration of new employees.
  • The transmission of payroll processing information (approximately 55 employees) to the external payroll service provider and the response to all questions from employees and
    managers in this regard. 
  • Administration of various programs (group insurance, disability, CNESST, performance appraisals, skills development, pay equity). 
  • Administration of company policies. 
  • Maintaining clear documentation of internal practices. 
  • Processing and management of all HR documents and physical records of staff members. 
  • A lookout for best practices in management and internal policies.

 

 

The candidate will also be responsible for various HR mandates including: 

  • Developing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talents.
  • Guiding and supporting the management team through the elaboration of an organizational development structure. 
  • Reviewing the roles and responsibilities of employees by establishing detailed job descriptions. 
  • Collaborating with the managers on the development of an effective communication plan focused on business needs. 
  • Advising managers on good business practices in terms of the management of change. 
  • Developing the onboarding program for new employees. 
  • Developing a global compensation strategy by integrating the tools already established. 
  • Increasing partnerships with specialized schools to develop the employer brand. 
  • Setting up various programs related to talent management (mentoring, development plan, internships).

 

 

 

You have the profile we are looking for if you: 

  • Have a bachelor's degree in human resources.
  • Are a member of the Ordre des CRHA. 
  • Have solid knowledge of labour laws. 
  • Have five to ten years of experience as a generalist, including payroll experience. 
  • Have the ability to collaborate and build trust with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Adapt easily to an evolving environment. 
  • Have an interest in understanding business priorities and have a good timeliness.
  • Are known for your communications skills.  
  • Are fluently bilingual (French / English), both orally and in writing.
